In this supervisory position, you will oversee billing and collections, manage a clerk, and collaborate with the Financial Management Team. Key responsibilities include ensuring billing accuracy, resolving disputes, and negotiating payment plans. Contribute to policy enhancement and internal audits while assisting in budget preparation and financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee water and wastewater billing accuracy

• Resolve billing disputes and negotiate payment plans

• Develop internal audit strategies and controls

• Assist in departmental budget preparations

• Issue miscellaneous water service invoices

Requirements:

• Degree in accounting, finance, or related field

• Minimum three years' financial experience

• Knowledge of financial principles and internal controls
