In this vital role, you will serve members in Amherstburg, Belle River, and Essex, focusing on complex lending scenarios such as self-employment and multiple properties. Your experience in lending combined with data-driven insights will allow you to grow your personal mortgage portfolio and ensure a tailored experience for each member.
Key Responsibilities:
• Offer complex mortgage lending including construction and rentals
• Reach members through referrals and market insights
• Engage in comprehensive financial discussions with members
• Collaborate with internal teams for effective service
• Develop a strategic business plan for mortgage growth
Requirements:
• 4 to 6 years in sales advice environments
• 3 to 5 years of mortgage lending experience
• Strong grasp of regulatory lending requirements
• Commitment to member financial well-being
