Position: Financial Analyst for Vehicle Technologies
Join Magna's Mechatronics, Mirrors & Lighting team as a Financial Analyst, specializing in the financial aspects of automotive technology programs.

This role offers hands-on experience in cost management and budgeting.

As the financial lead on various automotive projects, you'll prepare and maintain detailed cost analyses and actively support management reporting. Your responsibilities will include coordinating program finances and developing sales budgets, which are crucial for successful project implementation. This position demands effective collaboration within cross-functional teams to enhance overall program profitability.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate and maintain production part costs for new initiatives

• Prepare accurate customer quotations and sales codes

• Track and report on financial activities for designated programs

• Support annual business planning and quarterly forecasts

• Engage in occasional customer communications regarding RFQs

Requirements:

• Community college diploma or equivalent experience required

• 3-5 years of finance-related positions preferred

• CPA designation is advantageous

• Experience in a manufacturing setting is beneficial

• Proficient computer skills, particularly in financial modeling
