Position: Senior Financial Analyst for Strategic Initiatives

This position reports directly to the Director of Finance and involves a blend of financial analysis and business partnering. Candidates will engage with multiple teams to provide insights and recommendations that impact the organization’s financial health.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead analysis of sales performance and operational efficiency

• Prepare reporting packages, including variance and profitability analyses

• Support budgeting and financial strategic planning efforts

• Develop comprehensive financial models for business cases

• Analyze product costing and labor metrics to aid decision-making

Requirements:

• Near completion of CPA or equivalent

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field

• Minimum 5 years' experience in finance or business analysis

• Strong Excel skills and familiarity with ERPs

• Proven experience presenting to senior leadership
