Senior Cost Analyst

As a Senior Cost Analyst, you will report to the Site Financial Controller and be integral to the Finance team. This role involves analyzing monthly production variances, tracking efficiency projects, and supporting month-end financial close processes. You will also collaborate closely with Operations leaders to provide ad hoc analysis and drive strategic business insights.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with month-end financial close processes

• Analyze production and purchase price variances

• Support key operational and financial metrics reporting

• Collaborate on rolling forecast and cash flow analysis

• Aid in annual budget preparation and analysis

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance

• 3-5 years of finance or cost accounting experience

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel for data analysis

• Strong analytical and communication skills

• High attention to detail and integrity
