This Tour Guide serves as the first contact for guests and owners. You will verify identities, confirm appointments, maintain CRM records, and coordinate presentation check-in. The role supports a transition to licensed Real Estate Agents while remaining strictly non-sales under California Department of Real Estate regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
Welcome guests and owners professionally
Verify identities and scheduled presentation appointments
Maintain accurate guest records in the CRM
Prepare presentation areas and equipment
Coordinate handoffs to licensed Real Estate Agents
Requirements:
High School Diploma or equivalent
Ability to obtain a California Real Estate License within six months
Customer service or hospitality experience preferred
Computer, tablet, and digital application experience
Professional presence and positive guest relationships
Use hospitality, guest service, and administrative skills as a Tour Guide supporting memorable Travel + Leisure Co. arrivals.
