This Tour Guide serves as the first contact for guests and owners. You will verify identities, confirm appointments, maintain CRM records, and coordinate presentation check-in. The role supports a transition to licensed Real Estate Agents while remaining strictly non-sales under California Department of Real Estate regulations.
Key Responsibilities:- Welcome guests and owners professionally
- Verify identities and scheduled presentation appointments
- Maintain accurate guest records in the CRM
- Prepare presentation areas and equipment
- Coordinate handoffs to licensed Real Estate Agents
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Ability to obtain a California Real Estate License within six months
- Customer service or hospitality experience preferred
- Computer, tablet, and digital application experience
- Professional presence and positive guest relationships
