This guest-facing Tour Guide supports vacation ownership and travel membership experiences at the resort. Responsibilities include presenting resort amenities, recording guest information, preparing presentation spaces, and completing administrative activities. The position remains non-sales while supporting a structured pathway toward California real estate licensure.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide warm, hospitality-focused guest arrivals
- Share general resort and local attraction information
- Confirm presentation appointments and guest identities
- Prepare audiovisual equipment and presentation materials
- Complete documentation, training, and team meetings
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- Willingness to obtain California Real Estate License within six months
- Guest-facing, retail, or customer service experience preferred
- Experience with computers, tablets, and digital applications
- Ability to build positive guest relationships
