The ideal candidate will have over two years in recruitment, specializing in general labour and skilled trades like welding and machining. You will engage with clients, conduct interviews, and perform quality checks to ensure satisfaction. Your experience with ATS and HRIS systems will be essential in managing candidate data and job postings effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct candidate interviews and screening

• Manage client inquiries and relations

• Source candidates through diverse platforms

• Provide orientations and support for new hires

• Ensure job boards remain up-to-date

Requirements:

• At least 2 years recruiting experience

• Knowledge of manufacturing and skilled trades

• Proficient in MS Excel and Google Docs

• Strong communication skills in English

• Ability to multitask and meet tight deadlines
