This position requires a minimum of two years of recruitment experience, especially in the automotive and manufacturing sectors. Responsibilities include interviewing candidates, sourcing through social media, and performing quality checks with clients. You'll maintain labor pools and provide timely updates to ensure client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Screen candidates and manage interviews effectively

• Source and connect with candidates on job boards

• Conduct regular client quality checks and updates

• Provide comprehensive orientations for new hires

• Handle after-hours support and client inquiries

Requirements:

• 2+ years of recruiting experience in staffing

• Knowledge of skilled trades like Welding and Machining

• Strong verbal and written English skills

• Excellent multitasking and customer service abilities
