Join BG as an HR & EHS Support Apprentice, where you'll provide essential administrative assistance to HR, EHS, and Leadership Teams. This role involves record-keeping, meeting support, and ensuring compliance across various initiatives.
In this vital role, you will support not only HR functions but also Environmental Health and Safety initiatives. Tasks will include organizing safety supplies, documenting attendance logs, and maintaining compliance records. Your contributions will directly help streamline operations and enhance workplace safety.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist in administrative duties for HR and EHS departments
• Record and distribute minutes from daily leadership meetings
• Manage inventory of office and safety supplies
• Facilitate onboarding procedures and track training records
• Support engagement and awareness campaigns within the organization
Requirements:
• Strong attention to detail in handling administrative tasks
• Ability to maintain confidentiality effectively
• Familiarity with compliance standards is advantageous
• Good communication skills for coordinating plant visits
• Motivated to participate in continuous improvement initiatives
