As the Talent Acquisition, D&I and Employee Engagement Lead, you will collaborate with Human Resources and business leaders to deliver effective recruitment processes. Your responsibilities will include optimizing hiring strategies, tracking metrics, and enhancing employer branding. The goal is to build a diverse and inclusive workforce along with strong talent pipelines while ensuring compliance with regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Partner with hiring managers to identify recruitment needs
• Support recruitment phases and minimize time to offer
• Analyze recruiting metrics and provide updates to leadership
• Execute hiring strategies and promote employer branding
• Prepare reports on engagement and diversity initiatives
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field
• 8+ years in talent acquisition or related HR discipline
• Experience with recruiting in a manufacturing environment
• Strong data analysis and project management skills
• Proven ability to drive diversity and inclusion initiatives
