Recruitment Specialist

Join the Canadian Executive Search Group Inc. as a Recruitment Specialist in Windsor. This position focuses on sourcing top talent and ensuring customer satisfaction while maintaining efficient labor pools.

In your role, you'll screen resumes, interview candidates, and source applicants using various online platforms. You'll also engage in reverse marketing to attract skilled candidates for our manufacturing clients. Effective communication and teamwork are critical to excel in this fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source candidates and keep job boards updated

• Manage the recruitment process from screening to placements

• Maintain ongoing communication with clients and temporary staff

• Conduct Health & Safety orientations for new employees

• Provide after-hours support as needed

Requirements:

• Over 2 years of recruitment experience preferred

• Knowledge in skilled trades like welding and machining

• Strong English communication capabilities

• Proficient in Excel and Google Spreadsheets

• Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
