Recruitment Specialist

Position: Recruitment Specialist Role
Exciting opportunity at Canadian Executive Search Group for a Recruitment Specialist in Windsor. Focus on connecting candidates with top manufacturing clients and enhancing recruitment strategies.

As a Recruitment Specialist, you will screen candidates, manage sourcing initiatives, and maintain relationships with clients and temporary employees. You will also use ATS/HRIS systems to track applicant progress and ensure timely communication.

Key Responsibilities:

• Screen and interview candidates to assess skills

• Source talent using social media and job boards

• Perform regular follow-ups with clients and candidates

• Provide orientation for new hires in Health & Safety

• Keep job boards updated and relevant

Requirements:

• 2+ years of staffing industry experience

• Knowledge of skilled trades like Tool & Die and Mechanical

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

• Proficiency with Excel and Google Docs
