Human Resources Manager at Hospice

As the Human Resources Manager, you'll report to the Director of Finance and HR while collaborating organization-wide to enhance staff sustainability and develop leadership skills. Key Responsibilities:

• Chair bi-weekly HR-Clinical meetings

• Conduct recruitment aligned with Hospice’s mission

• Coordinate candidate interviews and onboarding processes

• Manage employee relations and attendance tracking

• Develop and update HR policies based on needs

Requirements:

• 3-5 years of HR experience required

• Experience in healthcare or non-profit is an asset

• Bachelor’s degree in HR management or related field

• Excellent communication and presentation skills

• CHRP designation or in progress is preferred
