Key Responsibilities:
• Analyze client needs for financial aid or vocational training
• Interview clients and prepare comprehensive case histories
• Identify barriers to employment and provide assistance
• Develop individualized counselling programs for clients
• Collaborate with community organizations for resources
Requirements:
• 2 to 3 years experience in counselling or related fields
• College degree or equivalent experience required
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
• Must possess own vehicle and valid driver's licence
• Successful completion of security and background checks
