Position: Manager of Labour Relations for Engineering
AtkinsRéalis is seeking a Labour Relations Manager to oversee employer-union dynamics in a federal engineering context. Promote collaborative strategies and manage grievances effectively.

This role is pivotal for shaping labour relations, reporting to the Vice President. You will work closely with HR Business Partners and management to resolve conflicts and advance workplace culture. Your responsibilities include leading training initiatives and supporting negotiations during the upcoming collective bargaining process.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the employer-union relationship through engagement

• Provide strategic insights on collective agreements

• Facilitate conflict resolution and grievance management

• Collaborate proactively with key stakeholders

• Deliver relevant training to internal teams

Requirements:

• In-depth understanding of workplace legislation in Canada

• Strong conflict resolution and influencing skills

• Experience in grievance and arbitration practices

• Clear communication with diverse stakeholders

• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
