Take on a vital role as a Lead Steward at The Trustees in Windsor, MA. This full-time position focuses on property upkeep, visitor safety, and team leadership within stunning Berkshire landscapes.

As the Lead Steward, your mission includes coordinating stewardship activities, training staff, and maintaining open communication with volunteers and the public. You will manage a variety of tasks from groundskeeping and equipment operation to overseeing special community programs and initiatives. This role is perfect for someone with extensive experience in outdoor management and a commitment to environmental stewardship.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement seasonal programs for property management

• Mentor and supervise stewardship staff and volunteers

• Manage the ski rental program and visitor operations

Requirements:

• 6 - 8 years of relevant experience necessary
