As the Mining Inventory Supervisor, you will oversee daily operations at the Ojibway Mine, ensuring efficient management of materials, parts, and supplies. The role focuses on maintaining inventory accuracy, promoting safety culture, and collaborating with procurement and finance teams to optimize stock levels. Your leadership will guide unionized employees to meet performance expectations effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Direct daily operations for Surface and Underground Stores

• Ensure timely receipt, storage, and distribution of materials

• Maintain inventory accuracy through audits and counts

• Manage procurement processes and vendor relationships

• Lead training and performance feedback initiatives

Requirements:

• Three years of experience in inventory management, ideally in mining

• Experience with SAP or similar systems

• Strong leadership and communication abilities

• Ability to work under pressure in operational contexts

• Comprehensive understanding of FIFO and inventory control methods
