Program Manager in Mobility Solutions

SyBridge Technologies is seeking a Program Manager in Lakeshore or Windsor to oversee large-scale projects in the injection mold industry. Manage customer accounts and ensure comprehensive adherence to specifications and quality standards.

You will report to the Site Manager, actively collaborating with various departments to ensure project success. This role will enhance your project management skills while you focus on quality assurance, issue resolution, and maintaining project timelines. Your engagement with cross-functional teams is critical in fostering strong customer relationships and project deliverables.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor progress of molds throughout engineering and production

• Identify and address quality issues with team support

• Communicate crucial updates to the General Manager

• Work on program feasibility and design processes as needed

• Track and manage customer purchase orders effectively

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years in a Program Manager role

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Project tools

• Strong background in injection mold design/manufacturing

• Excellent organization and communication skills

• Ability to thrive under pressure and meet tight deadlines
