Health and Safety Management Position

In your role as Health and Safety Manager at Flex-N-Gate, a top automotive supplier, you will design and administer safety programs that align with regulatory standards. Your leadership will be crucial in minimizing workplace incidents and training employees on safety best practices. Strong supervisory and communication skills are necessary to effectively engage teams and improve safety measures across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement safety policies and procedures

• Conduct compliance audits and safety inspections

• Maintain training records and waste management documents

• Foster employee engagement in safety programs

• Evaluate new projects for safety impact

Requirements:

• University degree or community college diploma in a relevant field

• Ten years of experience in safety management

• Strong knowledge of Occupational Health & Safety Act

• Excellent organizational and analytical skills

• Completion of safety certification training is a plus
