As a General Manager, you will manage every aspect of greenhouse operations, from production and quality to budgeting and employee performance. This position calls for a greenhouse expert with at least 10 years of experience, including high-tech operations, and a commitment to fostering a culture of safety and continuous growth. Partner with departments to ensure resource efficiency and compliance with standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee all operational functions from production to HR

• Manage financial performance, including cost management

• Execute strategies for labor optimization and efficiency

• Conduct employee performance management and engagement

• Ensure compliance with all safety and regulatory standards

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture or related field

• 10+ years of greenhouse experience and 5 years in management

• Strong understanding of greenhouse systems and irrigation

• Excellent communication and leadership abilities

• Experience with greenhouse reporting systems is a plus
