Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and supervise general farm workers and harvesting staff
• Enforce safety and bio-security protocols on the farm
• Maintain detailed production and quality control records
• Oversee crop-related growing operations
• Hire, train, and manage farm staff
Requirements:
• Education from College/CEGEP
• 2 to 3 years of supervisory experience in agriculture
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Engagement with attention to detail
• Capability to thrive in demanding farm environments
