Job Description
Cintas is seeking a Service Manager to directly manage our customer-facing Service team. Responsibilities:

Hiring and performance management

Managing overall performance of a team

Providing leadership by fostering a safe working environment

Successful resolution of customer-related issues

Training a team on effective sales techniques

Performing goodwill visits at customer sites while maintaining high level of customer satisfaction

Achieving sales, profit, inventory, and payroll goals

Managing a budget and dealing with operational issues that affect service

Hands‑on support of direct reports, including accompanying our service representatives or visiting customers alone when necessary, to assist in pick‑up and delivery of products or services

Driving a company‑owned vehicle to and from customer locations

Lifting, carrying, and walking Cintas products in and out of customer accounts while maintaining world‑class service and goodwill to customers

Performing managerial duties

Skills/Qualifications
Required

The ability to meet the physical requirements of the position

High School Diploma/GED;
Bachelor's Degree preferred

Valid, full, unrestricted driver’s license (for driving a regulated vehicle weighing more than 10,000 lbs.)

Compliance with provincial requirements for such vehicles prior to first day of employment

Preferred

Experience in industrial sales or customer service

Compensation
A reasonable estimate of base salary for this role ranges between $74,800 – $95,700 per year and is eligible for an annual target bonus based on performance, location, division, and/or company. Compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each decision.
