Engineering Supervisor - Brake Development Lab

At Stellantis, we are looking for an Engineering Supervisor to manage day-to-day operations for our Brake Development, Corrosion, and Elastomer Laboratories. This position requires at least eight years of experience in automotive testing, along with a minimum of two years in a supervisory role. You'll be essential in overseeing compliance, monitoring test quality, and directing personnel for optimal performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise HBU, NBU and contract staff across laboratories

• Plan and prioritize lab workloads to meet milestones

• Ensure safety and quality compliance during testing

• Support training and performance management initiatives

• Develop and manage maintenance plans for laboratory facilities

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or related Engineering

• 8+ years in automotive testing or laboratory operations

• 2+ years of supervisory experience

• Knowledge of automotive braking systems and materials

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools
