Lead and develop a high-performing mental health mentoring team at Canada Life. Drive accountability and enhance claims management through strategic leadership and continuous learning.
In this managerial role, you will oversee a team of approximately eight professionals, including mental health consultants and RTE Consultants. Your focus will be on fostering a culture of collaboration, coaching team members, and implementing performance frameworks supported by data analytics. By offering targeted one-on-one mentoring and leading group sessions, you will enhance the capabilities of your team and improve mental health claims expertise.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and coach a team of mental health professionals
• Establish performance frameworks with clear KPIs
• Deliver targeted mentoring for Case Managers
• Drive operational efficiency through refined processes
• Provide strategic oversight for program performance
Requirements:
• University degree in health-related field
• 6–9 years in disability claims management
• Proven experience in managing complex claims
• Strong knowledge of mental health conditions
• Exceptional coaching and mentoring skills
