Drive team success and enhance client satisfaction as a Bilingual Supervisor s role focuses on coaching the Client Administration team and ensuring quality service delivery in both French and English.
As a Bilingual Supervisor for Client Administration, you will be tasked with developing and mentoring a dedicated team to meet their objectives. You will champion a collaborative environment, resolve partner issues, and oversee the fulfillment of service level agreements. You'll also play a key role in identifying opportunities for continuous improvement within the department.
Key Responsibilities:
• Train and mentor team members in best practices
• Monitor and support billing and enrolment processes
• Resolve client and partner issues as they arise
• Champion process improvements and technological change
• Provide subject matter expertise for RFIs and RFPs
Requirements:
• Degree in Business Administration or related field
• 3+ years in group benefits administration
• Strong customer service orientation
• Excellent communication skills in both languages
• Ability to travel occasionally
