Ensure proper documentation, approvals, and scope control throughout the proje

es. Qualifications & Experie

nce:

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or related field (or equivalent experien

ce).3–7 years of experience in program/project management within a manufacturing environm

ent.

Experience in plastic injection molds or tooling industry prefer

red.

Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and production timeli

nes.

Proven ability to manage multiple programs simultaneou

sly.

Strong communication and customer-facing ski

lls.

Proficiency in project management software and ERP syst

ems. Preferred As

sets:

PMP certification or equivalent project management trai

ning.

Technical background in machining or mold de

sign.

Experience working with global suppliers (India/China exposure a p

lus).Strong financial acumen related to project cost tracking and margin manage

ment.

Experience leading cross-functional teams in fast-paced environm

ents.
