Senior Director, Operations North America

Lead W&H Impex as a Senior Director of Operations in Windsor, Ontario. Oversee all operational aspects to drive growth in the North American market.

W&H Impex is looking for a dynamic and experienced Senior Director for Operations in North America. You will manage site operations, logistics, and customer service, while also ensuring regulatory compliance and quality management. This key role requires superior leadership and communication skills to lead a team of 35–40 and meet ambitious growth targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess and optimize site operations for efficiency

• Implement process improvements to support growth

• Lead and develop high-performing onsite teams

• Ensure compliance with Canadian and US regulations

• Drive cross-border logistics and product flow

Requirements:

• 10+ years in medical operations or highly regulated fields

• 7-10 years managing quality and compliance, FDA experience

• Strong background in logistics across Canada and US

• Experience with European company cultures

• Proven success leading onsite teams to achieve goals
