Lead impactful healthcare projects at Windsor Regional Hospital as the Director of Planning and Design. Drive the execution of large-scale redevelopment initiatives to elevate patient care across multiple campuses.
Reporting to the Vice President of Redevelopment, the Director spearheads planning, design, and construction phases of notable projects such as the Fancsy Family Hospital. Your expertise will align project outputs with the hospital's strategic vision, integrating clinical and operational needs effectively. Engage with stakeholders and regulatory bodies to facilitate approvals and ensure compliance throughout the redevelopment process.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead planning and design for large-scale projects
• Engage with clinical teams and regulatory authorities
• Manage project delivery from planning to completion
• Oversee architectural and engineering teams
• Ensure designs promote patient-centered care
Requirements:
• Degree in Architecture or Engineering required
• 5-10+ years in capital project delivery
• Experience leading healthcare facility designs
• Proven stakeholder engagement skills
• Knowledge of public-private partnerships
