Key Responsibilities:
• Advertise and show available units to potential tenants
• Supervise rent collection and tenant follow-up activities

• Conduct seasonal cleaning and manage outdoor spaces
Requirements:
• High school diploma or five years of relatable experience
• Valid driver’s license and satisfactory record required

• Ability to lift 50lbs and perform physical tasks
