Position: Farm Supervisor for Greenhouse Vegetables
Location: Kingsville

Oversee daily farming operations focused on cucumbers and greenhouse vegetables as a Farm Supervisor in a rural environment. Manage staff and processes while ensuring safety guidelines.

In this role, you will supervise and coordinate the efforts of more than 20 farm workers and laborers. Responsibilities include maintaining production records and quality control measures, while also ensuring staff is properly trained. The role demands attention to detail and the ability to operate machinery in a physically demanding atmosphere.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate work among farm workers and harvest laborers

• Enforce farm safety and bio-security rules

• Maintain quality and production records diligently

• Keep work logs for tracking performance

• Hire and train staff as needed

Requirements:

• Supervision experience over 20 individuals

• Willing to undergo training for farm tasks

• College, CEGEP, or applicable diploma (1-2 years)

• Availability for day shift and weekends

• Physically capable of meeting farm work demands
