Position: Cintas Service Manager
Cintas is hiring a Service Manager to enhance service team performance in Windsor, Ontario. Drive customer satisfaction while managing sales goals and training initiatives.

In this role, you will be responsible for leading a customer-facing service team, focusing on hiring, managing team performance, and ensuring customer issues are resolved effectively. Your leadership will foster a safe working environment while achieving sales, profit, and operational goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Directly manage team hiring and performance

• Navigate and resolve customer-related issues

• Conduct effective sales training sessions

• Perform goodwill visits to enhance customer relations

• Provide support for service representatives in the field

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or equivalent;
Bachelor's preferred

• Unrestricted driver’s license for large vehicles

• Meet physical job demands successfully

• Background in industrial sales or customer service preferred

• Adhere to vehicle compliance regulations
