In this temporary full-time role, you will lead administrative functions for the Office of the Commissioner of Infrastructure Services. Collaborating with Executive Directors and supervisors, you'll coordinate essential services within Human Resource Management, budget oversight, and special projects. Your leadership will be pivotal in adhering to corporate policies and ensuring administrative effectiveness.
Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver effective administrative services across all departments
• Coordinate with managers on customer service and budgeting
• Maintain records and oversee confidential information
• Provide strong leadership in a team-oriented environment
• Prepare statistical reports and ensure compliance with legislation
Requirements:
• University Degree in Business or related field
• Minimum six years in a managerial role
• Valid Driver's License for off-site travel
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• Strong leadership and organizational skills
Manage diverse administrative services and foster effective operations at The City of Windsor.
