Water Production Supervisor ON

Lead a critical role at ENWIN Utilities Ltd. as a Water Production Supervisor in Windsor, ON. Oversee water production operations while ensuring regulatory compliance and effective team management.

This supervisory position reports to the Manager of Water Operations and focuses on coordinating production and maintenance schedules. You will handle daily assignments, ensuring team performance aligns with short and long-term goals, while managing compliance with environmental regulations. Responsibilities also include monitoring water quality in accordance with the Safe Drinking Water Act.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise production and maintenance activities daily

• Develop short and long-term project plans

• Ensure compliance with environmental regulations

• Conduct regular work site inspections and assessments

• Recommend service level improvements and respond to inquiries

Requirements:

• Class 4 Water Treatment and Distribution License

• Certified Industrial Maintenance Mechanic or Electrician

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience

• Proficiency with SCADA systems and reporting tools

• Valid Class 'G' Driver’s License
