Position: Windsor Water Distribution Supervisor Role
Join ENWIN Utilities Ltd. in Windsor, ON, as a Supervisor, Water Distribution. Oversee water system maintenance and ensure top-notch service delivery to our community.

Your responsibilities will include coordinating staff and resources for the inspection and repair of the potable water distribution network. This position requires strong leadership skills to manage training, facilitate safety enforcement, and prepare detailed operational reports. You will also act as the Operator in Charge when necessary, ensuring compliance with provincial regulations and high performance from your team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise maintenance and inspection of water distribution

• Maintain accurate reporting of job status and activities

Requirements:

• Valid Class 3 Water Distribution Certificate

• At least 4 years of relevant operator experience

• Strong project planning and multi-tasking abilities

• Excellent oral and written communication skills

• Valid Class “G” Driver's Licence required
