Your role involves coaching and motivating a team of Stylists while ensuring the store maintains a clean, organized environment. You'll focus on driving brand loyalty and improving customer experiences through strong leadership and operational excellence.

• Drive sales and enhance store productivity daily

• Support Store Manager in talent acquisition efforts

• Lead training sessions and provide ongoing feedback

Requirements:

• Minimum of 1 year retail management experience

• Proven ability to lead and inspire a team of 25

• Strong communication skills in diverse settings

• Effective problem-solving skills with a customer focus

• Flexibility in scheduling for store operations
