Executive Director Leadership Position

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and forge partnerships to enhance care quality

• Prepare annual operating budgets with team collaboration

• Revise and develop programs in partnership with staff

• Direct fundraising activities and manage donor outreach

• Report and provide updates to the Board of Directors

Requirements:

• Master's Degree in Public Administration or Business

• Exceptional leadership and communication skills

• In-depth knowledge of project and change management
