Reporting to the President & Chief Executive Officer of Windsor Regional Hospital and Erie Shores Health Care, the Integrated Regional Vice President, Diagnostic & Therapeutic Services is a transformative executive leadership role with accountability spanning two hospital corporations, regional healthcare networks, and provincial priority programs.

• Develop and implement an integrated strategic vision for Diagnostic and Therapeutic Services across WRH and ESHC.
• Lead regional planning and transformation initiatives that improve access, quality, patient outcomes, and operational efficiency.
• Identify opportunities for integration, standardization, regionalization, and innovative service delivery models.
• Advance organizational and regional priorities consistent with Ontario Health directions, provincial healthcare strategies, and organizational strategic plans.
• Support planning initiatives related to the New Windsor-Essex Acute Care Hospital and broader regional healthcare transformation.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, accountability, and excellence.

• Regional laboratory operations and strategic planning.
• Accreditation, regulatory compliance, quality management, and patient safety.
• Laboratory modernization, automation, digital transformation, and technology initiatives.
• Workforce planning, recruitment, retention, and succession planning.

• Medical Imaging services, including MRI, CT, Ultrasound, Nuclear Medicine, Interventional Imaging, and X-Ray across both organizations and cancer services.
• Access management and capacity planning to meet patient and regional needs.
• Strategic equipment replacement and capital planning.
• Advancement of digital imaging technologies, artificial intelligence initiatives, and innovation opportunities.

• Clinical and operational pharmacy services across both organizations and cancer services.
• Executive leadership of Regional Pharmacy Services (evenings/nights) throughout Windsor – Essex County and Chatham-Kent.
• Medication safety, stewardship, and evidence-based medication management practices.
• Formulary governance and drug utilization management.
• Development of advanced clinical pharmacy practice and integrated medication management models.

• Strategic and operational leadership and quality performance of Regional Cancer Services, for Windsor-Essex, Chatham-Kent, and Sarnia-Lambton.
• Manages local operations at the Windsor Regional Cancer Centre and the Erie Shores Health Care Satellite Centre in Leamington.
• Coordinates regional cancer system planning with Ontario Health (Cancer Care Ontario) and achievement of Ontario Health and provincial cancer program performance targets.
• Development and implementation of initiatives that improve patient access, quality, outcomes, and experience across the cancer continuum.
• Collaboration with regional providers to strengthen prevention, screening, diagnosis, treatment, survivorship, and supportive care services.

• Executive leadership of Regional Stroke Services throughout Windsor – Essex County.
• Integration of hyperacute, acute, rehabilitation, recovery, and community stroke services.
• Achievement of provincial stroke performance standards and best practices.
• Leadership of regional quality improvement and system planning initiatives.

• Provide executive leadership for regional programs and services operating across multiple healthcare organizations.
