Osborne Search Partners is seeking a Chief Operating Officer for a privately held North American fresh produce organization. The role oversees distribution, warehousing, quality, supply chain, logistics, planning, maintenance and compliance across a multi-site footprint.
Reporting to the CEO, the COO will provide unified leadership across operations and supply chain, drive execution discipline, professionalize processes, and embed improvements into daily practice.
