Visionary Executive Director Federation

Lead organizational growth at the Windsor Jewish Federation & Community Centre as the Executive Director. Engage the local Jewish community while fostering key partnerships for positive impact.

As the Executive Director, you will serve as the chief professional officer, guiding the Federation through a dynamic phase of community development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide strategic direction and leadership for the organization

• Collaborate with volunteers to implement impactful community programs

• Represent the Federation in advocacy efforts with community partners

• Build donor relations to enhance funding and engagement

• Supervise programmatic initiatives to meet community needs

Requirements:

• Minimum three years' experience in senior management

• Proven track record in nonprofit leadership

• Commitment to Jewish values and community development

• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills

• Ability to inspire and manage diverse teams
