JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Oversee the daily operations of the Pizza Pizza restaurant to ensure efficient service and
customer satisfaction.
Establish and implement service standards and operating procedures in line with Pizza Pizza
brand guidelines.
Hire, train, and supervise staff to maintain a high-performance team and ensure adherence to
company policies.
Prepare employee work schedules and monitor performance to maintain productivity and
service quality.
Manage inventory levels, monitor sales and revenue, and adjust pricing or procedures as
necessary to maximize profitability.
Address and resolve customer concerns promptly while ensuring compliance with food
safety and sanitation regulations.
Coordinate with approved suppliers for timely delivery of food, packaging, and other
essential supplies.
Arrange catering services and manage facility bookings for group events, parties, or special
functions.
PROFESSIONAL SKILLS AND REQUIREMENTS:
College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to
2 years
1 year to less than 2 years of experience in the position or related position
Ability to supervise 3-4 people
Ability to work well in a fast-paced, team-oriented multi-tasking environment
Fluent in English and excellent written and verbal Communication skills
Speaking Spanish is an asset.
Ability to work independently, flexible, good time management, organizational, good team
work and Interpersonal Skills.
