Position: Food Service Leadership Role at Southbridge

Key Responsibilities:

• Direct high-quality food service for all residents

• Incorporate quality improvement best practices

• Supervise and motivate staff for effective service

• Ensure food preparation meets all health regulations

• Maintain accurate dietary records as per legislation

Requirements:

• Membership with C.S.N.M. or College of Dietitians of Ontario

• Minimum 2 years dietary management experience

• Exceptional leadership and organizational capabilities

• Experience in a unionized setting

• Knowledge of Occupational Health & Safety laws
