Job Summary

We are hiring hardworking and reliable Kitchen Assistants for restaurants, hotels, and food service businesses across Canada. • Assist cooks and chefs with basic food preparation
• Wash, cut, and store vegetables and ingredients
• Maintain cleanliness of kitchen, tools, and work areas
• Wash dishes and kitchen equipment
• Follow food safety and hygiene standards
• Support smooth daily kitchen operations

• No formal education required
• Basic English communication preferred
• Physically fit and able to stand for long hours
• Willingness to work in shifts, including weekends
• Previous kitchen or hotel experience is an advantage but not mandatory

• Hourly Wage: CAD $16 – $22 per hour (depending on location and employer)
