Part Time Supervisor, Food Service

Lead a dedicated team in the Food and Nutrition department at Windsor Regional Hospital as a Part Time Supervisor. Oversee food production and patient satisfaction while ensuring quality service.

Reporting to the Manager of Patient Food Services, this part-time role involves supervising staff across various operations in the Guest Services Department. Your responsibilities will include overseeing food production, service delivery, and liaising with nursing and clinical dietitians to address patient satisfaction concerns.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise staff and daily operations in the Food and Nutrition areas

• Manage day-to-day staffing and staff dispatching for portering

• Ensure adherence to IPAC standards and high food safety practices

• Conduct patient satisfaction surveys and summarize results

• Liaise with managers to address patient issues effectively

Requirements:

• Grade 12 education required

• Experience in staff supervision and food service management

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications

• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

• Membership in the Canadian Society of Nutrition Management preferred
