Breakfast Cook at Dexterra Remote Camp

Elevate breakfast service at Dexterra's Remote Camp Facility. As a Breakfast Cook, you will prepare meals for up to 600 clients while adhering to high culinary standards.

This position offers a unique opportunity based within a top-tier remote camp, featuring a work schedule of 14 days on and 14 days off. Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and cook breakfast for up to 600 clients

• Create and follow menus ensuring food quality

• Wrap and date baked goods as per production schedule

• Maintain safety and sanitation standards in kitchen

• Clean and sanitize work areas and kitchen equipment

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years’ cooking experience in similar environments

• Food Safe Level I certification required

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds

• Must pass WHMIS test with 80% or higher

• Prior supervisory experience is an asset
