Responsibilities include setting up tastings, explaining vineyard history, assisting with sales, and maintaining an inviting atmosphere. Weekend, evening, and holiday shifts may be necessary, adding excitement to your service role.
Key Responsibilities:
• Guide guests through informative tasting experiences
• Explain wine production methods and Karlo's history
• Assist with wine sales and processing orders
• Prepare and clean tasting areas with care
• Offer recommendations for food pairings with wines
Requirements:
• Strong knowledge of wine styles and pairings
• Experience in wine sales or tasting room service
• Background in sommelier work is an asset
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Flexibility to work weekends and evenings
