In this supervisory role, you will lead multi-disciplinary teams, manage daily staffing, and ensure a patient-focused approach across all areas of Guest Services. Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise daily operations of food and nutrition services
• Dispatch staff for patient portering and other tasks
• Maintain standards of excellence for food quality and safety
• Liaise with clinical staff for patient satisfaction issues
• Ensure adherence to IPAC standards across all staff
Requirements:
• Grade 12 education required
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications
• Experience directing and supervising staff
• Strong customer service skills essential
• Ability to communicate in French is an asset
