Café Kitchen Steward at Irving Oil

Elevate Irving Oil's Café operations as a Café Kitchen Steward in our Home Office. Ensure cleanliness and efficiency in kitchen service through outstanding organizational skills.

This Fixed Term position is based at the Home Office with hours from 6:00am to 3:30pm, Monday to Friday. You will contribute to a positive employee experience while maintaining operational standards in the kitchen, storage, and service areas.

Your role will require effective communication and a team-oriented approach to deliver exceptional service in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain cleanliness of kitchen and storage areas

• Operate dishwashing machines and hand-wash stations

• Store clean wares and manage inventory effectively

• Report maintenance and repair needs promptly

• Develop positive relationships within the team

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent

• 3-5 years experience in the food service industry

• Excellent time management and multitasking abilities

• Strong communication skills with a friendly attitude

• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced setting
