Salary: CAD 75,000 per annum (Base salary with guaranteed commission in the first year). OTE realistic $170,000 – $200,000 with unlimited commission potential.

About the Role
This high-impact, field-based role focuses exclusively on new business acquisition in Canada.
Key Responsibilities
Excel in short sales cycles, moving from discovery to partnership in a condensed timeframe.
Engage directly with business owners and directors in the field to deliver value-based solutions.
Operate with a transparent, unlimited commission structure that reflects your performance.
What We Are Looking For
5+ years of B2B field sales experience and documented history of securing new business.
Hunter mentality – driven by new wins and motivated in a high-activity, high-reward environment.
Territory management discipline as if it were your own business.
Valid driver’s license.
What to Expect
$75,000 base salary with guaranteed commission in the first year.
Realistic OTE of $170,000–$200,000+ with no ceiling; top performers earn ~$400,000 per year.

RRSP matching program up to 2%.
3 weeks of vacation to start, plus a paid day off for your birthday. Entitlement increases at 2 and 5 years of service.
